注意: 冷冻拿出来直接中火蒸5-10分钟, 关火闷1-2分钟才慢慢开盖。

注意事项:
1) 关火马上开盖，里外温差大，会使馒头收缩
2) 蒸的过程中滴到水也会使馒头收缩
3) 馒头回蒸太久也会导致馒头失去弹性变硬
4) 蒸好了在锅焖太久也会导致水汽进入馒头变硬或者皱皮
