Step 1: Take it out of the freezer and steam it on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. (dont add too much water to resteam)

Step 2: Turn off the heat for 1-2 minutes before opening the lid slowly.

1) Turn off the heat and open the lid immediately. The large temperature difference between inside and outside will shrink the steamed buns
2) Water dripping during the steaming process will also shrink the steamed buns
3) Steamed buns for too long will also cause the buns to lose their elasticity and become hard
4) Steaming and simmering in the pot for too long will also cause water vapor to enter the steamed bun and become hard or wrinkle
